Objekt studimi i këtij punimi me temë “Instituti i adoptimit me fokus në legjislacionin e Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut” është adoptimi i fëmijëve sipas legjislacionit të RMV-së. Gjithashtu objekti i këtij punimi ka të bëjë me sqarimin e rëndësisë së adoptimit në shoqëri. Si dhe me zhvillimin historik të këtij instituti. Pavarësisht faktit që ligji urdhëron çdo prind dhe familje që të përkujdeset për fëmijët , numri i fëmijëve të braktisur është i shumtë dhe në këto raste vjen në shprehje instituti i adoptimit, ku përmes këtij instituti fëmija do të gjejë mbështetje familjare dhe prindërore. Po ashtu edhe adoptuesit do të krijojnë marrëdhënie prind dhe fëmijë. Në këtë punim do sqarohen në detaje kushtet që duhet të plotësohen për të qenë adoptues si dhe kushtet që duhen plotësuar për të qenë i adoptuar, po ashtu sic u theksua dhe më lart se do të sqarohet zhvillimi historik i adoptimit. Ky punim në detaje tregon adoptimin në të drejtën romake, po ashtu edhe adoptimin në islam. Si dhe zhvillimin historik të adoptimit në Maqedoninë e Veriut. Në këtë punim do të theksohen të gjitha llojet e adoptimit dhe do të numërohen kushtet të cilat janë thelbësore për themelimin e adoptimit. Po ashtu ky punim përfshin aspektet krahasuese të adoptimit me shtetet e rajonit, domethënë bën krahasimin e legjislacionit të Republikës së Maqedonisë së Veriut, Kosovës dhe Shqipërisë sa i përket institutit të adoptimit. Në mënyrë të përpiktë punimi sqaron procedurën e adoptimit, efektet e këtij instituti, si dhe themelimin dhe shuarjen e tij. Në këtë punim do të përfshihen edhe të dhëna statistikore mbi adoptimin e fëmijëve në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut. Ky hulumtim ka për qëllim analizën e adoptimit, fëmijëve të braktisur të cilët bëhen pjesë e adoptimit vendor dhe të shteteve të rajonit, statistikat e adoptimit në Republikën e Maqedonisë së Veriut. Një hulumtim i tillë është mjaft me rëndësi dhe ia vlen për të pasur njohuri për këtë institut sepse jeta e ditëve të sotme mos ndjenja e dhembshurisë ndaj fëmijëve, ftohja e njerëzve në përgjithësi çon deri në rritjen e madhe të nivelit të fëmijëve të braktisur, për të cilët adoptimi do të jetë e vetmja formë e strehimit dhe mënyra e vetme për t’u dhënë dashuri pa kushte. Fjalët kyçe: adoptim, adoptues, prind, fëmijë, i adoptuar.
Abstract
The object of study of this thesis on the topic "Institute of adoption with a focus on the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia" is the adoption of children according to the legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia. Also, the object of this thesis is about clarifying the importance of adoption in society. As well as with the historical development of this institute. Despite the fact that the law orders every parent and family to take care of children, the number of abandoned children is large and in these cases the adoption institute comes into play, where through this institute the child will find family and parental support. Adopters will also create parent-child relationships. In this thesis, the conditions that must be met to be an adopter, as well as the conditions that must be met to be adopted, will be explained in detail. Also, as was emphasized above, the historical development of adoption will also be clarified.This thesis shows in detail the adoption in Roman law, and the adoption in Islam. As well as the historical development of adoption in North Macedonia. In this thesis, all types of adoption will be highlighted and the conditions that are essential for establishing adoption will be enumerated.this thesis also includes the comparative aspects of adoption with the countries of the region, that is it compares the legislation of North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania regarding the institution of adoption.In a precise way, the thesis explains the procedure of adoption, the effects of this institute, its establishment and extinction. Statistical data on the adoption of children in North Macedonia will also be included in this thesis. This research is aimed at the analysis of adoption, abandoned children who become part of local adoption and regional states, adoption statistics in North Macedonia. Such research is very important and worth knowing about this institute because today's life, the lack of compassion for children, leads to a large increase in the level of abandoned children, for whom adoption will to be the only form of shelter and the only way to give them unconditional love.
