We are living in a world of new technology and new rules and as a result of this, new requirements are needed to us especially in educational system. We are witness that even the teaching strategies are changing a lot from old to modern ones and student's needs are from the different fields. By noticing these essential necessities I decided to do my research in this field. I have been working for five years in a public secondary school in my town and during these years I have seen many things that need special performance or analyzes. Once I started my Master Degree, I thought my working place is the best for Master Thesis. After I thought for a long time and seeing things from my point of view, I decided to do something related to evaluations strategies and motivation which I thought would be useful for me personally, for students and the school as well. So I decided to work in this special field immediately. We decided to make the research on evaluation of teaching strategies and motivation because new strategies are making the lesson easier in both sides and by being a professional teacher the success of students will not be missed. The participants of this research will be students of the school I work, they will be 52 students on class 10, 11, 12, where they would fulfill a student's questionnaire and these questions will be related to teacher's strategies and attitude. In the same time there will be a teacher's questionnaire, they will fulfill questions based on their experience, and finally we would observe three other teachers, each one of them per week in order to have a better outcomes and reliable results. This research will give us a conclusion about the importance of strategies and motivation in the class and this conclusion will help future teachers to choose which strategies are more reliable to use.
