| Abstract: | ABSTRAKT
Në këtë punim magjistrature, Krijimi i NATO-s dhe misionet e saja në Ballkan, janë pasqyruar karakteristikat themelore të veprimit strategjik të NATO-s, në korrelacion dhe bashkëpunim me institucionet tjera ndërkombëtare. Në këtë punim, përpunohen problemet të cilat kanë të bëjnë me orientimin e NATO-s, sa i përket zgjidhjes së problemeve të shumta në disa pjesë të botës, veçanërisht në pjesët ku ka konflikte, ku ekzistojnë konflikte ndërshtetërore dhe ndëretnike, të njëjtët paraqesin problem të veçantë për thellimin e proceseve demokratike. Duke filluar nga këto parametra, vërejmë se në këtë punim kemi nevojë për të diskutuar më në detaje për definicionin e përgjithshëm të Aleancës Veri-Atlantike, arsyet për formimin e Aleancës Veri-Atlantike dhe funksionimit të NATO-s. Kontinenti i Evropës kah fundi i viteve '80 të shekullit të kaluar, Deklarata e Londrës dhe promovimi i kaheve kryesore të Aleancës, si dhe intensifikimi i bashkëpunimit midis NATO-s dhe vendeve të Evropës Qendrore dhe Lindore. Misionet paqësore të NATO-s në Ballkan dhe të disa shteteve në të veçanërisht në Bosnjë-Hercegovinë Kosovë, Maqedoni etj. Gjithashtu, në këtë punim magjistrature, janë përpunuar edhe problemet themelore të cilët kanë të bëjnë me arsyet për shfaqjen e krizës në Kosovë dhe rolin e NATO-s, thellimi i krizës në Kosovë dhe aktivitetet e NATO-Aleancës, paraqitja e UÇK-së si forcë politike-ushtarake, arsyet për organizimin e konferencës ndërkombëtare për Kosovën, kontaktet e UÇK-së me faktorin ndërkombëtar, dhe probleme tjera nga kjo lëmi, përmes problemeve funksionale dhe roli i NATO-s në zgjidhjen e të njëjtave. Fjalëtkyçe: NATO-Aleanca, Bosnjë-Hercegovina, Kosova, Rambuje, Intervenimi i NATO-s nëBallkan, prezenca e NATO-s në Ballkan,, biseda, kontakte, marrëveshje.
ABSTRACT
Basic characteristics of strategic influence of NATO in correlation with the other international institutions are shown in master study The creation of NATO and its missions in the Balkans Problems that refer to NATO appointment in relation to solving of numerous problems in certain parts of the world, especially to those parts of conflict regions, where there are interstate and interethnic conflicts which represent a kind of trouble in relation to deepening of democratic processes, are processed in this study. Namely, starting from these postulations, we needed to discuss, in this study, general definition of North-Atlantic Alliance, reasons for formation of North- Atlantic Alliance and NATO functioning, 'Transformation of North-Atlantic Alliance, condition of European continent at the end of the eighties of the last century, London declaration and promotion of main courses of Alliance, intensification of cooperation between NATO and countries of Central and East Europe, NATO Peace missions on the Balkans and its certain states, especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia etc. At the time, main problems that refer to reasons for appearance of Kosovo crisis and role of Alliance, deepening of Kosovo crisis and NATO Alliance activities, appearance of KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) as political-military force, reasons for organizing international conference for Kosovo, contacts with KLA with international factor and other problems from this area, through functional problems and NATO role in their resolution, are processed in this master study.
