| Abstract: | Abstract
The paper deals with research of teachers' competence for teaching methodology and its interconnection with the learning outcomes. In this research 10 teachers of "Upiana" High School in Lypjan are included. The research work conveyed a gradual qualitative approach through direct interviews with standardized questions, and later by quantitative questionnaires designed for this purpose. The obtained results showed that teachers are quite a bit informed with new requirements for different approaches in teaching according to what Kosovo Curriculum Framework provides in the teaching Language and Communication field. Through the use of quantitative methods it was expected to achieve info regarding the need for harmonization of teaching methods with learning outcomes and if the teachers have an adequate information about the links which exist between learning outcomes and teaching methods with students. Throughout the qualitative interviews it has been attained a concluding record that teachers, when determining the teaching objectives during the planning, do not refer accurately the expectations through determining of learning outcomes. In most cases it is evident that teachers do not have the necessary information on how to use and apply learning outcomes.
