Целта на овој труд е проучување на модификациите воведени во вторисп столб на Европската унија односно заедничката надворешна и безбедноснѕ политика со Лисабонскиот договор потпишан во 2007 година. Начинот на кој < изработен овој труд има за цел горенаведените модификации воведени с< Лисабонскиот договор темелно да ги обработи и проучи, како и да извед< заклучоци по однос на предностите и недостатоците на истите. Овој труд има за цел на што поедноставен и поконцизен начин гк образложи ваквите модификации воведени во вториот столб на Е.У., така штс истите би биле појасни и поразбирливи за обичниот граѓанин на Република Македонија.
Abstract
The aim of this work is the studying of the modifications introduced in the second Pillar of the European Union i.e. the Common foreign and Security politics with the Lissabon's agreement signed in 2007 year. The way this work is made by aims to process and search out the above mentioned modifications introduced in the Lissabon's agreement, as well as to make conclusions according to the advantages and disadvantages of the same. The work aims to explain such modifications introduce in the Second Pillar of the European Union, on as simple and as concise way as possible, so that they will be more clear and more understandable for the ordinary man of the Republic of Macedonia.
Abstract
Qëllimi i këtij punimi është që të studiojë modifikimet e vendosura në shtyllën e dytë të Bashkimit Evropian gjegjësisht Politikën e Jashtme të Përbashkët dhe të Sigurisë të nënshkruar me marrëveshjen e Lisbonës në vitin 2007. Mënyra, se si është përgatitur ky punim, ka për qëllim që ti përpunojë dhe ti studiojë rrënjësisht modifikimet e lartpërmendura të vendosura me marrëveshjen e Lisbonës, si dhe të nxjerrë përfundime në raport me epërsitë dhe mangësitë e tyre. Ky punim ka për qëllim që në mënyrë sa më të thjeshtë dhe sa më koncize ti shpjegojë modifikimet e këtilla të vendosura në shtyllën e dytë të BE, kështu që ata do të ishin më të qarta dhe më të kuptueshme për qytetarin e thjeshtë të Republikës së Maqedonisë. |
