Pasojat më të rënda të shkurorëzimit i përjetojnë fëmijët. Në vendimin për zgjidhjen e martesës, gjykata duhet të vendosë se cili prej prindërve do të ketë kujdestarinë kryesore për fëmijët. Qëllimi i këtij studimi është të eksplorojë dhe të hulumtojë cilësinë e marrëdhënieve prind-fëmijë pas shkurorëzimit të martesës nga perspektiva e vlerësimit të situatës reale, si dhe procedurat për tejkalimin e pengesave për realizimin e suksesshëm të kontaktit të fëmijëve me prindin pas shkurorëzimit për hir të rritjes dhe zhvillimit të duhur të mëtutjeshëm të fëmijëve. Metodologjija e këtij hulumtimi do të bazohet në përgjithësi në metodat kualitative, analitike, intervistës, krahasuese, deskriptive dhe empirike. Për mbledhjen e të dhënave janë realizuar gjithsej 3 intervista të thelluara gjysmë të strukturuara, me persona të punësuar pranë Qendrës për Punë Sociale në Kërçovë. Metoda krahasuese do të ketë një rëndësi të posaҫme, për shkak se do të më ndihmojë që të bëj një krahasim midis prindërisë së përbashkët pas shkurorëzimit në vendet ku ky institut është treguar tejet i suksesshëm për tejkalimin e problemeve midis prindërve të shkurorëzuar dhe fëmijës.
ABSTRACT
The gravest consequences of divorce are experienced by the children. In the marriage settlement agreement decision, the court must promptly rule which parent shall receive main custody (or legal guardianship) for the children. The purpose of this study is to explore the quality of parent-child relationships after divorce from the perspective of assessing the real situation, as well as the procedures for overcoming obstacles to the successful realization of children's contact with the parent after divorce for the sake of further growth and development of children. The research method applied is the qualitative one. The methodology will generally be qualitative, analytical, interview, comparative, descriptive and empirical methods. For the collection of data, a total of 3 in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with persons employed at the Center for Social Work in Kichevo.
