Abstract: | In order to objectify the approach towards understanding of processes which have thoroughly shaken the old order and influence the modern development trends, it is indispensable to focus the reflector beam on the most controversial topic of the present day- globalization. This imperative arises from the irrefutable fact that the positions, “comparative” advantages and development perspectives of each country are today becoming dependant on the new development strategy-globalization. Modern politicians, scientists, practitioners frequently speak and write using expressions from the past in radically changed international, social and economic conditions. The knowledge of the processes and of their consequences is a precondition not to treat them as if they were “natural disasters” or “absolute inevitability”. The significant signs of movement towards a vulgar social Darwinism require conscious perception of processes and launching of actions at various levels of the global system. |
