| Abstract: | The 2nd and 3rd November 2009, in coincidence with the celebration in Barcelona of the last round of negotiations prior to the COP+15 Conference in Copenhagen, the Foundation for a Culture of Peace organised the International Seminar "Climate Change Peace: The Effects of Climate Change on Global Peace and Security and its Humanitarian Dimension". This initiative that was recognised as part of the original COP+15 process, was possible thanks to the support of the Generalitat de Ctalunya, the Patronat Ctalunya-Mon and the Catalan Advisory Council for Sustainable Development; as well as for the collaboration the Institute of Catalan Studies. |
