PythonClass number: 005.133 Abstract: Introduction to Computer Science Using Python : A Computational Problem-Solving Focus introduces readers to programming and computational problem-solving via a back-to-basics, step-by-step, objects-late approach that makes this book easy to teach and learn from. Readers are provided with a thorough conceptual grounding in computational problem solving before introducing them to specific Python syntax, thus giving them the background to become successful programmers in any language. Dierbach also offers readers a thorough grounding in imperative programming before introducing them to object-oriented programming. His step-by-step pedagogical approach makes this an accessible and reader-friendly introduction to programming that eases readers into program-writing through a variety of hands-on exercises. Service-oriented architecture
Software engineeringClass number: 004.654 Abstract: One of the biggest challenges for organizations that have adopted microservice architecture is the lack of architectural, operational, and organizational standardization. After splitting a monolithic application or building a microservice ecosystem from scratch, many engineers are left wondering what’s next. In this practical book, author Susan Fowler presents a set of microservice standards in depth, drawing from her experience standardizing over a thousand microservices at Uber. You’ll learn how to design microservices that are stable, reliable, scalable, fault tolerant, performant, monitored, documented, and prepared for any catastrophe. Explore production-readiness standards, including:
*Stability and Reliability: develop, deploy, introduce, and deprecate microservices; protect against dependency failures
*Scalability and Performance: learn essential components for achieving greater microservice efficiency
*Fault Tolerance and Catastrophe Preparedness: ensure availability by actively pushing microservices to fail in real time
*Monitoring: learn how to monitor, log, and display key metrics; establish alerting and on-call procedures
*Documentation and Understanding: mitigate tradeoffs that come with microservice adoption, including organizational sprawl and technical debtContents note: Microservices;.NET Security; NET Cryptography;.NET Application Frameworks; API Quick Reference; Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=17163 Hold

Title : Solved Problems in C++ Material Type: printed text Authors: Arbana Kadriu, Author ; Lejla Abazi-Bexheti, Author Publisher: Tetovo : South East European University - SEEU Publication Date: 2013 Pagination: 444 p. Layout: ill. Size: 24 cm ISBN (or other code): 978-6-08-450383-5 Languages : English (eng) Original Language : English (eng) Descriptors: Computer program language Class number: 005.4 Abstract: We first came across computers and programming in a period when there was no Internet, no programming teachers and no programmers at all in our neighborhood. The only resource in this situation were some math magazines for teenagers, with a special chapter for programming exercises that solved problems of number theory using the programming language BASIC. Having no games, no Google, no Facebook, no Youtube, solving math problems using Basic became soon our most exciting game. Playing this way, we understood what input and output were, how we check for a condition and what loops can do. Of course, having no manual for these fundamental concepts led very often to many instances of frustration. We still remember those cases when we waited for hours for a single result. We know now the reason for that- a badly defined loop. But that time we felt this was simply Not Fair. We continued with programming in our secondary school, but this time programming books started to show up. And we continued to learn programming solving different problems. And this way of learning remained until today the best approach for us. Nowadays we teach programming to new generations coming. Of course, we start our lectures by explaining them the programming principles. But insisting that the best way to learn something is by working it out. At this moment students have Internet, together with a lot of resources on programming. There are also many textbooks to teach and study programming. But, surprisingly, it is very difficult to find a book with solved exercises in the field. Since we still find most interesting and motivating to teach programming from the very beginning we decided to write this book to fill out this gap in teaching programming and to help those for whom solving problems is still the most exciting game.
