| Class number: | 341.2422 | Abstract: | Some years ago when the institution of People`s Advocate began to operate, I had little or no information on how this organism, part of State structure, could act and practice the "opposition" within it. Once the first steps were made, Mr. Emir Dobjani invited me to cooperate. One could feel the dynamism and passion of the new leader of this organism on his desk and in all other environments. It was clear for the Advocate where to start. It was clear in his mind, whereas for me, it was the first time to find that a State institution may appear with a specific profile, but accessible for the groups concerned. My artistic formation was provoked by a positive sense, because I was asked to compose the logo. I had to compose graphically by means of it, the logic, the policy, the range of issues that the institution had to face. I was provoked positively by idea that finally through the language of graphical signs I should speak clearly and that this graphic element should be well found aesthetically. After some days, I climbed building stairs again with a number of graphic solutions. For the first time I felt that the graphic I proposed awakened the enthusiasm of the Advocate. | Contents note: | Reminding bell for human rights; The existence and good working of People`s Advocate is a condition for admission to European Union; Fruitful intervention for protection of children; Ombudsman job is the art of keeping the balances; Public trust - a challenge for police; I am not simply a spokesperson of concerns; Again on violence against children; Human rights require a palace in the middle of Tirana; I, the man who put marks to the Government; Yes, corruption exists in Albania; Police forces violate Human Rights; Corruption starts with the official; Judges to count votes; For children, the best policy - non - politicization; | Record link: | https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=18492 |
