Libri është fryt I miqësisë, kureshtjes, shqetësimit dhe ndërlikueshmërisë. Ne të dy u miqësuam derisa ishim student në Univesitetin “Sent Tomas” në Sent Poll, Minesota. Ndjenjat tona të përbashkëta për shumë gjëra na e ushqente miqësinë – filmat e Vudi Alenit kishin rol kryesor në bisedimet tona në fillim – por gjithmonë i bëjmë vështrim gëzimit, por përvojë kundërthënëse me mësim përmes diskutimit.
