Ajo që ka qenë radikale tani është një pjesë e pandashme, e pritur, e punës së përditshme bibliotekare e referencës. Revolucioni ka përshpejtuar nga agjitimi te pranueshmëria brenda më pak se një dekade. Kjo nuk do të thotë se tashmë forma dhe metodologjia e Shërbimit të referencës është themeluar. Ndryshimi dhe lëvizja është ndëruar në mrekullinë elektronike dhe vazhdon të transferohet.
