Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi konsiderohet si një gazetar me ndikim më të madh në Arabinë Saudite, në Lindjen e Mesme si dhe në botën perendimore për shkak të opinionit dhe qëndrimit të tij. Nga viti 2017 është bërë kritik i ashpër i qeverisë saudite e veçanërisht ndaj Presidentit Trump dhe tërhoqi vëmendje si në botën lindore ashtu edhe në botën perendimore. Ky qendrim dhe kjo kritike e Khashoggit nuk i pëlqeu aspak Princit të Kurorërs Mohammad bin Salman , që mëvonë rezultoi me vrasjën në Konsullatën e Arabisë Saudite në Stamboll me 02 Tetor 2018. Vrasja e Jamal Khashoggi tronditi botën si dhe komunitetin diplomatik për shumë arsye. Disa nga ato arsye janë qëllimi i vrasjes, personat dhe urdhrat e vrasjes, mënyra dhe detajet e vrasjes, vendi i vrasjes si dhe perspektiva e së drejtës ndërkombëtare. Kjo çështje ka ngritur shumë çështje të tjera dhe debatohet gjerësisht në nivelin global edhe pse dëshmitë tashme jane të siguruara. Në tezën time të master-it kam shtjelluar një temë majftë komplekse, e cila është e ndarë në tri pjesë. Pjesa e parë e temës flet për Jamal Khashoggin në përgjithesi, respektivisht për jetën e tij personal dhe profesionale,si dhe për ndikimin e tij. Pjesa e dytë e prek vetë aktin vrasjës, hetimet e bëra kryesisht nga autoritetet turke dhe inteligjencën amerikane, si dhe ngjargjet dhe pasojat e hetimit dhe të vrasjës. Pjesa e tretë është pjesë kryesore e kësaj teme dhe e flet për imunitetin konsullor dhe shkeljën e Konventës së Vjenës për Marrëdhënie Konsullore në rastin e Khashoggit. ABTRACT
Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi is considered one of the most influential journalists in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and the Western world because of his opinion and attitude. Since 2017, he has become a fierce critic of the Saudi government, especially President Trump, and has attracted attention in both the Eastern and Western worlds. This attitude and this criticism of Khashoggi did not please the Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman at all, which later resulted in the assassination at the Consulate of Saudi Arabia in Istanbul on October 2, 2018. The assassination of Jamal Khashoggi shocked the world as well as the diplomatic community for many reasons. Some of those reasons are the purpose of the murder, the persons and orders of the murder, the manner and details of the murder, the place of the murder as well as the perspective of international law. This issue has raised many other issues and is widely debated globally even though evidence is already provided. In my master thesis I have elaborated on a rather complex topic, which is divided into three parts. The first part of the topic talks about Jamal Khashoggin in general, respectively about his personal and professional life, as well as his influence. The second part touches on the act of murder itself, the investigations carried out mainly by the Turkish authorities and the American intelligence, as well as the events and consequences of the investigation and the murder. The third part is the main part of this topic and talks about consular immunity and the violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations in the case of Khashoggi. АБСТРАКТ
Alамал Ахмад Хашоги се смета за еден од највлијателните новинари во Саудиска Арабија, Блискиот исток и западниот свет поради своето мислење и став.
Од 2017 година тој стана жесток критичар на саудиската влада и особено на претседателот Трамп и привлече внимание и во источниот и западниот свет. Овој став и оваа критика кон Хашоги воопшто не му се допадна на престолонаследникот Мохамад бин Салман, што подоцна резултираше со атентат во Конзулатот на Саудиска Арабија во Истанбул на 2 октомври 2018 година. Атентатот врз Jamамал Хашоги го шокираше светот, како и дипломатската заедница од многу причини. Некои од тие причини се целта на убиството, лицата и наредбите на убиството, начинот и деталите за убиството, местото на убиството, како и перспективата на меѓународното право. Ова прашање покрена многу други прашања и на глобално ниво се дискутира широко, иако доказите веќе се обезбедени. Во мојот магистерски труд разработив прилично сложена тема, која е поделена на три дела. Во првиот дел од темата се зборува за Jamамал Хашогин воопшто, соодветно за неговиот личен и професионален живот, како и за неговото влијание. Вториот дел се однесува на самиот чин на убиство, истрагите што ги вршат главно турските власти и американските разузнавачи, како и настаните и последиците од истрагата и убиството. Третиот дел е главниот дел од оваа тема и зборува за конзуларниот имунитет и кршењето на Виенската конвенција за конзуларни односи во случајот Хашоги.
