Qëllimi i kësaj teme është, analizimi dhe hulumtimi i dy sistemeve shumë të rëndësishme, si në ekonomin e shtetit, ashtu edhe për ngritjen e mirqenjës në përgjithsi, si dhe sfidat me të cilat ballafaqohen këto dy sisteme. Përpos rëndësis, që kanë këto sisteme, njëherit e rëndësishme për tu analizuar është edhe lidhshmëria apo ndërveprimi që kanë këto dy sisteme gjatë aktivitetit të tyre. Në këtë hulumtim janë përdorur te dhëna nga burime primare dhe sekondare. Domethënë për përgaditjen e tezës së magjistraturës janë përdomr të dhëna nga librat e botuar, gazeta të botuara, revista, artikuj të ndryshëm, etj, të dhena nga interneti, si dhe të dhëna nga anketat dhe intervistat e realizuara nga ne me ndërmarrjet. Nga metodologjia e hulumtimitjanë perdorur; 1. Metoda e intervistimit dhe anketimit - kjo metodë është përdorur në analizën e situatës në Kosove në lidhje me ndermarrjet e vogla dhe te mesme dhe sistemit bankare, me sfidat e financimit qe ballafaqohen ndermarrjet, respektivisht duke i njour specifikat, problemet dhe kufizimet me të cilat ballfaqohet ndërmarrësi i Kosoves. 2 . Metoda krahasuese - kjo metodë është përdorur duke e bërë krahasimin e ndërmarrjeve në bazë të numrit dhe aktiviteteve nëpër Komuna, krahasimin i ndërmarrjeve sipas sektorve, shkalla krehasuese nëpër vite dhe e trendit te rritjes/zvoglimit te ndërmarrjeve nëpër vite. Shkalla krahasimore në mes të materjes brenda sistemit dhe në mes të dy sistemeve si pjes e analizës.
Abstract
The purpose of this topic is the analysis and research of two very important systems that have importance, as the economy of the state, as well as raising the general prosperity, and the challenges faced by these two systems. Besides significance, that have these systems, also important is to analyze the connection or interaction that these two systems have in their activity. In this research are used data from primary and secondary sources. Which means, for the preparation of the thesis are using data from published books, published papers, journals, articles, etc., the data from the internet, as well as data from interviews conducted by us. with enterprises. From research methodology, were used; The method of interviexving and surveying - this method is used to analyze the situation in Kosovo regarding small and medium enterprises and the banking system, the fmancial challenges that enterprises face, respectively, of the specifications noted instance, problems and constraints entrepreneur who's facing Kosovo. Comparative Method - This method is used to make comparisons of enterprise based on the number and activities in municipalities, enterprises by sector comparison, comparative rate across the years and the trend of increase / decrease of enterprises through the years.
