Temat mbi Bashkimin Evropian dhe NATO-në,tek unë si studjues i ri kanë shfaqur kureshtje dhe interesim të madh.Ato paraqesin realitetin politik të kohësjanë promotorët kryesor për promovimin e vlerave evropiane dhe perëndimore.Në aspektin politik dhe ekonomik Bashkimi Evropian luan një rol të rëndësishëm ndërkombëtar,ndërsa NATO në planin ushtarak ka treguar se për të primare në botë është siguria dhe paqja ndërkombëtare. Ky punim në vete ngërthen katër kapituj kryesortë cilët përbëjnë skeletin e këtij studimi i plotësuar edhe nga nënkapituj-tjerë që do t'a formojnë përmbajtjen e studimit. Në kapitullin e parë do të bëhet fjalë për mënyrën e formimit të këtyre organizmave dhe evoluimin historik të tyre.Gjithashtu do të përshkruhet përbërja institucionale dhe organizative etyre,kompetencat e institucioneve të tyre dhe në veçanti politikat e Bashkimit Evropian. Kapitulli i dytë do të përmbajë ç'ështjet e integrimit,duke filluar nga historiku i integrimeve në BE dhe NATO,procedurat dhe realizimi i këtyre inegrimeve dhe më kryesorja,kushtet që duhen plotësuar nga shtetet që dëshirojnë të jenë pjesë e Bashkimit Evropian dhe NATO-së. Kapitulli i tretë i dedikohet Republikës së Maqedonisë dhe aspiratave të saja për integrim në diskursin euro-atlantik.Kur ka filluar procesi i integrimit?Cilët janë kushtet që ka plotësuar apo duhet të plotësojë Maqedonia?Deri ku ka arritur dhe ku ka ngecurPJanë këto disa nga pyetjet të cilave do t'ua japim përgjigjet në këtë studim. Kapitulli i katër do të paraqes rezultatin e hulumtimit i cili do të jep mendimin e qytetarëve përtë ariturat e R.Maqedonisë në rrugën drejt Bashkimit Evropian. Pjesë e rëndësishme e një punimi është edhe bibliografia e shfrytëzuar,andaj do të analizohen dhe zbërthehen konceptet dhe përfundimet që kanë dalë nga autorë të huaj dhe vendas në lidhje me tematikën që është objekt studimi i yni.
Abstract
Topics about EU and NATO have shown great curiosity and interest to me as a new researcher.They represent the political reality of the time,they are promoters of europian and western values.In political and economical terms EU is an internationally important actor,while NATO in military plan has shown that primary job is security and international peace. This topic includes four main chapters which make up the sceletion of this study,completed by other subheadings that will form the content of this stydy. The first chapter will discuss the manner of formation of these organizations and their historical evolution.Also,will be described compositions,organization,competences of their institutions and especially EU policies. The second chapter will contain issues of historical integration in EU and NATO,procedures,implementation and conditions to be met by countries wishing to be part of these organizations. The third chapter is dedicated to Republic of Macedonia and its aspirations for integration into euro-atlantic discourse.When the integration process started?What are conditions that met or filling Republic of Macedonia?Where has achivied and stalledPThese are some of questions which will give answers in this study. The four chapter will present the outcome of the research, who will show the opinion of the citizens about the achievements of R. of Macedonia on the road to the European Union. An important part of science topic is also used bibliography,so in this topic will be analyzed concepts and conclusions arising from domestic and foreign authors about the topic which is our study object.
Абстракт
Термите за ЕУ и НАТО за мене како нов истражувач покажа голема лубопитност и интерес.Тие ја претставуваат политичката реалност на времето и се главни промотори на европските и западните вредности. Во политичкиот и економскиот аспект ЕУ игра важна улога,додека НАТО на воен план покажа дека безбедноста и меѓународносниот мир се основните цели. Овој научен труд во себе вклучува четри главни поглавја кои ја сочинуват костурот наова научна студија.Секое поглавје содржи и други дела кои ја комплетираат целосната научна студија. Во првото поглавје ќе се дискутира за начинот на формирањето на овие организации и нивната историска еволуција.Исто така ќе бидат опишани составот,организацијата и ингеренциите на нивните институции,особено политиките на ЕУ. Второто поглавје го содржи процесот на интеграции,историјата на интеграциите во ЕУ и НАТО ,постапките,имплементирањето и условите што треба да бидат исполнети од прана на земјите ки сакат да бидат дел од овие структури. Третото поглавје е посветено на РМ и нејзините аспирации за интеграција во евро-ашнтскиот дискурс.Кога процесот за интеграција е започнет?Кои се условите кои ги исполни или треба да ги исполни РМ?До каде е стигнато или успорило? Овие се некои од прашањите на кои ќе им се даде одговор на ова научна студија. Четвртото поглавје ќе ги претстави резуљтатите од истражувањето, кој ќе даде мислењето на граѓаните за постигнувањата на Р.
