Rapid changes in the business environment which reflects to changes in how companies manage themselves, how they plan and how they make decision is all due to the technological developments and the role that IT plays in the decision making process. The creation and commercialization of new technology is fast becoming a requirement for market success. We mustn't forget that in all of this strategic management plays a big part in the development of an organization which automatically reflects how competitive and successful is on the marketplace. However, new trend nowadays try to involve technology in every aspect of the business. Advances in technology can dramatically alter an industry's landscape, making it possible to produce new and/or better products at lower cost and opening up whole industry frontiers. The link between IT and strategic management specifically the role of IT in the strategic decision making process is a topic very well known to more developed countries especially USA, whereas in countries where until recently were going through the transition process is a very new subject. As many of the other countries that have walked the path before it, Macedonia and companies within have started to realize the importance of having technological development incorporated as part of a company's strategy, but not at the level that is needed so that companies are competitive in the marketplace. Business units recognized for their technological leadership and track record in innovation are usually strong competitors in their industry. So the aim of this research is to recognize importance of IT within the business processes and within the strategic decision making, with a specific emphasis in production industry, services and trade. Also the researcher will try to analyze how much companies in Macedonian are incorporating IT in their strategic decision making process, very important to emphasize if companies are using IT to become competitive in the market place and create competitive advantage out of it or do they use it only for automotive business processes. Depending on the research findings either recommend ways on how companies can become technologically innovative or compare it with organizations where IT plays a big role as part of their strategy and decision making process. Pavarësisht se kompjuterët çdo ditë janë më të fuqishëm në pikëpamje harduerike, kërkesat për shpejtësi sa më të madhe të tyre rriten gjithnjë. Kjo ndërlidhet me përdorimin në rritje të kompjuterëve për komunikim përmes internetit në forma të ndryshme multimediale dhe në kohë reale, ose për shfrytëzimin e tyre në procesin e përpunimit të të dhënave të ndryshme nga ekzaminimet laboratorike mjekësore, pastaj përpunime të të dhënave biometrike, e deri te përpunimi i informatave që ndërlidhen me dukuritë natyrore, ose fluturimin e aeroplanëve dhe udhëheqje të pajisjeve të ndryshme kozmike në distancë. Meqë rritja e taktit të punës së mikroprocesorëve përballet me problemin e ftohjes së tij, prodhuesit e tyre janë orientuar në përfshirjen e më shumë bërthamave procesorike në një mikroprocesor, si dhe në rritjen e memories interne të tyre, e cila është e përbashkët ose e përfshirë në bërthamat e veçanta procesorike. Shfrytëzimi optimal i bërthamave procesorike gjatë punës së kompjuterit ndërlidhet me punën paralele të tyre. Prandaj, me qëllim të gjetjes së zgjidhjeve sa më të mira të punës së kompjuterëve me më shumë bërthama procesorike, duhet të eksperimentohet duke i shfrytëzuar bibliotekat përkatëse të gjuhëve programuese që e përkrahin punën paralele të bërthamave procesorike. Në këtë punim, përmes ekzekutimit të programeve që kërkojnë punë të madhe llogaritëse, janë bërë matje të shpejtësisë së punës së kompjuterit, kryesisht gjatë ekzekutimit të programit për shumëzimin e matricave të mëdha, por edhe të disa programeve tjera, duke i shfrytëzuar metodat e bibliotekës për punë paralele në gjuhën programuese C#. Rezultatet e fituara tregojnë se shpejtësia e punës lidhet drejtpërdrejtë me numrin e bërthamave procesorike që përfshihen në mikroprocesorin e kompjuterit, por edhe me nivelin e paralelizmit të vetë programit.
ABSTRACT
Despite that computers every day are more powerful in hardware view, requirements for their speed is growing. This relates to the increased use of computers for communication via the Internet, in different multimedia forms and real-time; or for its use in the processing of various data from medical laboratory examinations; for processing of biometric data; the processing of information relating to natural phenomena; or aircraft flight and distance commanding of cosmic equipments. Since the level of engagement of microprocessors, is accompanied with the problem of cooling, manufacturers are oriented to include more processor cores on a chip and increase its internal memory, as a common memory or as memory of separate processor cores. Optimal utilization of processor cores during computer work depends of their parallel work. Therefore, in order to find the best possible solutions of computer work with many processor cores, there should be exercised experiments using the respective libraries of programming languages that support parallel work of processor cores. In this thesis, through the execution of programs that require numerous calculations, are made measurements of the speed of the computer work, mainly during the execution of the program for multiplication of large matrices, but also some other programs, using methods of libraries for parallel programming in language C#. The results obtained show that the speed of work is directly related to the number of processor cores that are included in the microprocessor of the computer, but also on the level of parallelism of the program.Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=20278 Copies

Wearable technology is a part of a larger family of devices known as Internet of Things. As such, wearables represent the largest type of Internet of Things devices that can have a variety of uses in many spheres of life. One of the important areas of use is the workplace, which is a huge part of the everyday life of people being an integral part of the workforce. The implementation of these devices bring a lot of benefits as well as constraints, which have different impacts on the organization. The purpose of this thesis is to show not only how these devices can help one organization grow from the benefits that they bring, but also outline the constraints as well, making the implementation fruitful for the company. Through the use of Literature Review and a research questionnaire we intended to learn more about how employees in North Macedonia feel about the technology that might come in their workplace, based on the benefits and constraints, as well as comparing this information with pre-existing research conducted by other organizations. The results received from both types of research concluded that wearable technology has a positive impact on people and it should be implemented by organizations across North Macedonia. This thesis is constituent with the field of e-commerce, in general, but it is an interdisciplinary approach that extends to the field of information systems and system development. B2B applications belong to the e-commerce field of study but the proposed thesis is a combination of several functionalities from information systems, such as supply chain management and customer support. Therefore this thesis proposes a model that combines the e-commerce fundamental B2B models with some of the information systems models. The understanding about B2B frameworks and the importance of B2B e-commerce for Small and Medium Enterprises are described in depth throughout the thesis. Because of the relevance of e-commerce, specifically Business-to-Business e-commerce for the overall economy, with an accent on SMEs, the research objective of this thesis is to introduce the problems of this nature and it tackles the two aspects that companies are facing when entering the B2B marketplace: the use of standard B2B frameworks for communication and the ease of implementing these standards by SMEs in the changing environment (countries in transition). This study investigates the state of the art of the different B2B frameworks, as well as analyzing the impact of implementation of these B2B frameworks by SMEs. It continues with a research on the usage of ICT and E-commerce in Macedonian SME's thus finishing with proposing a framework-model-solution for them that provides the needed level of flexibility and sensitivity in implementation and operation. The same framework is implemented as a prototype using the latest technologies complying with the ebXML B2B framework standards. The thesis is concluded with discussions on new trends in software and hardware development and the future of B2B as well as the concerns related to the scalability and deployment of the B2B framework with the possibility that these systems should move "to the Cloud" for a higher performance, reliability and redundancy.
ABSTRAKT
Kjo tezë është përbërëse nga fusha e e-tregëtisë, në përgjithësi, por në këtë rast është një qasje ndërdisiplinore që shtrihet në fushën e sistemeve të informacionit dhe zhvillimit të sistemeve. Aplikacionet B2B i përkasin fushës së studimit të e-tregëtisë, por teza e propozuar është një kombinim i funksioneve të disa nga sistemet e informacionit, si që janë menaxhimi i zinxhirit të fumizimeve dhe mbështetjen e klientëve. Prandaj kjo tezë propozon një model që kombinon E-tregëtinë, modelet themelore B2B me disa nga modelet e sistemeve të informacionit. Kuptimet në lidhje me kornizat B2B (B2B frameworks) dhe rëndësia e B2B e-tregëtisë për Ndërmarrjet e Vogla dhe të Mesme janë përshkruar në thellësi në të gjithë tezën. Për shkak të rëndësisë së e-tregëtisë, posaçërisht e-tregëtisë Biznes-me-Biznes për ekonominë në tërësi, me një theks mbi NVM-se, objektivi hulumtimi i kësaj teze është për t'u njoftuar me problemet e kësaj natyre në ç'rast teza trajton dy aspektet që kompanitë janë duke u përballur gjatë hyrjes në tregun B2B: përdorimin e kornizave standarde B2B për komunikim dhe lehtësinë e zbatimit të këtyre standardeve nga NVM-e në mjediset në zhvillim (vendet në tranzicion). Ky studim shqyrton literaturën ekzistuese të kornizave të ndryshme B2B, si dhe analizon ndikimin dhe zbatimit e këtyre kornizave B2B nga NVM-e. Teza vazhdon me një hulumtim mbi përdorimin e TIK-ut dhe E- tregëtisë në NVM-e në Maqedoni kështu duke përfunduar me propozimin e një kornize model-zgjidhje për këta kompani që siguron nivelin e nevojshëm të fleksibilitetit dhe ndjeshmëri në zbatim dhe operim. Korniza gjithashtu është zbatuar si një prototip duke përdorur teknologjitë më të fundit në përputhje me standardet ebXML B2B. Teza është përfunduar me diskutimet mbi tendencat e reja në sofhvare dhe hardware, zhvillimit dhe të së ardhmes së B2B si dhe shqetësimet që lidhen me zgjerimin (scalability) dhe mundësinë që këto sisteme duhet të lëvizin drejt sistemeve "cloud" për një perfonnancë më të lartë dhe më të besueshme.
АПСТРАКТ
Оваа теза е составена од областа на електронската трговија како целина, но претставува интердисциплинарен пристап кој се протега во областа на информациски системи и развој на системи. В2В апликациите припаѓаат на полето на студии од е-трговија, но предложената теза е комбинација од неколку функционалности од информатичките системи, како што се менаџмент на снабдувачки синџири и корисничка подршка. Оваа теза предлага модел кој ги комбинира е-трговијата со основните В2В модели со некои од моделите од информациските системи. Знаењата за В2В рамките и важноста на В2В е трговијата за Мали и Средни Претпријатија се опишани во длабочина во текот на тезата. Земејќи ја предвид релевантноста на е-трговијата, посебно Бизнис-кон-бизнис е-трговијата за целокупната економија, со акцент на малите и средни претпријатија, целта на овој труд е да запознавањето со проблемите од ваков карактер при што тезата покрива два аспекти со кои компании се соочуваат кога ќе влезат во В2В пазарот: користење на стандардни В2В рамки за комуникација и леснотијата при спроведување на овие стандарди од страна на малите и средни претпријатија во земјите во транзиција. Оваа студија ја истражува постоечката литература на различните В2В рамки, како и анализа на влијанието и имплементацијата на овие В2В рамки од страна на МСП. Тезата продолжува со истражување на употребата на ИКТ и е-трговијата од страна на МСП во Македонија и на тој начин завршувајќи со предлог рамка-модел-решение за нив која го обезбедува потребното ниво на флексибилност и чувствителност во имплементацијата и работењето. Иста рамка се спроведува како прототип користејќи ги на најновите технологии во согласност со евХМЕ В2В ставдарди. Во заклучок тезата продолжува со дискусии за новите трендови во софтвер и хардвер, развојот и иднината на В2В како и загриженоста во врска со приспособливост и распоредување на В2В рамка и можноста дека овие системи треба да се движат кон "С1ошГ за повисоки перформанси и побезбедни системи.

Како и мнозинството земји од целиот свет, така и нашата земја секојдневно настојува да се справи со проблемите што се наметнуваат како резултат на глобалните светски промени, кои во добар дел се диктирани и од т.н. техничко-технолошка револуција која рефлектира постојан и пребрз развој на компјутерската технологија. Во вакви услови неминовно се наметнува потребата од започнување процес на преструктуирање на сите субјекти како би можело да се создадат барем основните претпоставки за успешно функционирање на институциите и во услови на такви промени во кои информатиката го зазема најзначајно-то место во сите сфери од секојдневното живеење. Очигледно е дека за голем број институции справувањето со проблемите што ги наметнува же-стоката конкуренција, предизвикана од развојот на информатичката техно-логија, во најголема мера ќе зависи од знаењата, способностите и вештини-те на нивните кадри. Тоа значи дека промените во информатичката сфера континуирано создаваат потреби од нови знаења, односно нови потреби за учење и оспособување на индивидуите. Токму заради ваквите актуелни состојби, овој труд, преку едукативен софтвер дизајниран специфично за општественото окружување и образов-ниот систем на Република Македонија, дава придонес за ефикасно стекну-вање на потребните информатички знаења. Трудот е концепиран во рамки-те на неколкуте целини како што се: вовед во информатиката, цели содржи-ни и презентација на информатиката како општообразовен премет, форми-те на компјутерска поддршка и нивната употреба во наставата по информа-тика. Во рамките на овие содржини учениците ќе се стекнат со потребните знаења за информатиката, компјутерот и хеговите функции и можности за соодветно користење на интернет, симулациите, игрите
Abstract
As many countries in the world, our country has an everyday intention to deal with the problems that wrap as a result of the global changes dictated from the so called techno - technological revolution that reflexes continuous and rapid development of the computer technology. In conditions of this kind, a need is imposed of starting a process of reconstructing all subjects so basic assumptions can be produced for successful performance of the institutions in circumstances of global changes where informatics have the leading role in our everyday life. It is obvious that for large number of institutions, the solution of the problems that result from the sharp competition that outcome from the express growth of the Information Technology depends from the knowledge, abilities and skills of its teams. This means that changes in the information sphere continuously produce need of fresh knowledge, learning and organizing the individuals. These are the actual trends that the thesis is based on, in providing the educational software, designed to match the specific educational framework of Republic of Macedonia, as an efficient tool to support the course content for basic understanding of information technology concepts. The thesis is in the margins of the few contents like: introduction in informatics, goals content and presentation of the Informatics as a general education course, forms of software support and their handling in the curriculum, in this fashion students will get essential IT knowledge, computer skills and proper usage of internet, simulations and games.
Abstrakt
Si shumica e vendeve në botë, ashtu edhe vendi ynë ballafaqohet me problemet, të cilat i imponohen si rezultat i ndryshimeve globale si p.sh revolucioni tekniko-teknologjik, i cili reflekton në përditshmërinë tonë me një intensitet të shpejtë sidomos në teknologjinë kompjuterike. Në kushte të këtilla, pashmangshëm imponohet nevoja për të filluar një proces të ristrukturimit të të gjitha subjekteve për të krijuar supozime elementare të funksionimit të suksesshëm të institucioneve edhe në kushte të ndryshimeve të tilla, ku informatika zë një vend shumë të rëndësishëm. Padyshim se, për një numër të madh të institucioneve, baliafaqimi me problemet të cilat i imponon konkurrenca e madhe për shkak të zhvillimit të teknologjisë informatike, në masë të madhe do të varet nga dijet dhe aftësitë e kuadrove të tyre. Kjo, dmth se ndryshimet në sferën informatike, në vazhdimësi krijojnë nevojën për dituri të reja, dmth nevojën për mënyra të reja të mësimit të individëve. Për shkak të gjendjes të këtillë aktuale, ky punim, nëpërmjet të një softueri edukativ, i dizajnuar enkas për rrethanat karakteristike që kanë të bëjnë me rregullimin shoqëror të sistemit shkollor në Republikën e Maqedonisë, ofron mundësi për nxënien e dijes nga lëmi i informatikës në mënyrë më efikase dhe cilësore. Punimi është i përbërë nga disa njësi, siç janë: hyrja në informatikë, qëllimet e informatikës, prezantimi i informatikës si lëndë arsimore, format e përkrahjes kompjuterike, si dhe përdorimi i tyre në lëndën e informatikës. Nëpërmjet të këtyre përmbajtjeve, nxënësit/studentët do të pajisen me njohuritë e nevojshme nga sfera e informatikës, kompjuterët dhe funksionet e tyre, si dhe mundësitë për përdorim të mirëfilltë të internetit, simulimeve dhe lojërave.
