ABSTRACT
The first contact between the patient and the health system relies on the primary level. The primary level of health care is build on the principle of access, efficiency, continuity, equality, inclusiveness and qualitative insurance of medical treatment. In 2004, in Republic of Macedonia, began the reform of the medical system, where the primary health care was planned to be privatized, respectively, the present services of this level to be given under concession of the medical staff that applied this activity in already existent objects. The compensation of this kind of services done by this institutions that were made out of privatization was the capitation (payment per capita) – members registered at the general practitioner (doctor). With the application of the politics for universal health (health insurance for all the citizens), there was the need for organizing health insurance for all the citizens in the territory of Republic of Macedonia. Of totally 1227 places, 162 living areas, where 31599 people live, are known as rural (according to the Law for health insurance and the rule for building relationships and deals with the medical institutions), on the other side 1060 living areas where 327684 people live are located in the remained territory of Republic of Macedonia, can’t realize the right for health insurance in primary level in the place where they live. Respectively, 20,6% of the total number of citizens/insured in Republic of Macedonia, can’t realize their right for health protection in the place where they live Our study shows that even though there are several projects that have been implemented, the actual state it’s still the same and 1/4 of the population don’t have primary care protection.Link for e-copy: https://repository.seeu.edu.mk/sites/thesis/ThesisSharedDocs/MA_122866.pdf Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=19256 Copies

Usually every business organization works out the idea about how to manage a sales force, the customs of its industry, the expectations and demands of his superiors, and its own assumptions about what motivates salespeople and what leads to good sales performance. There are many factors that have effect in the sales of the real estate, in this research we will analyze the impact of Project Management areas in sales also all other factors that have positive and negative, internal and effects in real estate sales. First of all we must recognize what a project is: A project is an endeavor that has a definable objective, consumes resources, and operates under project constraints that are time, cost and quality. Generally, projects are regarded as activities that may be unique to the companies(Kerzner, 2013). Projects can be defined as construction blocks on strategies, conception, and execution for an organization. Projects are important in contributing to create new and better products, services and organizational processes. A project is a temporary effort to achieve a wished profit (Seabra & Almeida, 2015). A project is a complex ,that means that projects are no routine, one-time effort limited by time, budget, resources and performance specifications that are designed to meet customer needs(Clifford F. Gray&Eric W. Larson, 2000). One of the main tasks for project managers is to manage and to administrate projects to achieve the required goals within the plan. Another important task is that managers need to improve the resource allocation in order to have minimum cost, time and high quality(Saif, Abbas, & Fayed, 2015).Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=21643 Copies

Initially, the intended purpose of this work was to examine the use of various differences and procedures in the process of establishing project management and communication structure and looking at the multicultural environment processes inside the way of how companies operate and with what efficiency in Republic of Macedonia. As the all-encompassing view of projects is very inclusive and the theme would be, therefore, too long and broad for this thesis, I focused on one special work, or set of works if you like, only: the process of how and whether successful companies and organizationsin Macedonia do work by an 'universal rule' of project management and communication, what issues occur, the methods, how it is connected to project management and communication - is there any connection with it,in what way can companies operate so they can have an increase in productivity and success, is project communication a basic approach to success, how does the multi-cultural team structure impact the work-flow, does the multi-cultural climate increase conflicts between team-members from different cultural backgrounds, what impact has information technology and websites as a success factor, which could be the solutions for web sites that are not a company but operate as an individual projecttherefore also developed some frameworks to test if the companies are operative and if yes to propose that model for daily use of their operations. The number of analysis that I made based on my own experience and different sources is extraordinarily large, because a new distinct world needs to present itself to the reader. This provides a lot of material for examination and a unique opportunity to explore the use of some procedures in this context. I chose this direction for my thesis for various reasons. The main reason was that I wanted to get a closer and more sophisticated look and to soak in the essence of the world of the various companies, in this case, companies in Macedonia that might also have a multi¬cultural environment, which generally meet a very favorable response. Furthermore, I genuinely liked the success of the research methods during this thesis, they were very informative and fulfilled with details that I've analyzed throughout. The collected terms, will be divided into groups and subgroups according to severalpeer reviewed journals that I'll get my hands to and also personal exploration and then analyzed. Last but not least, the purpose or yet the aim of this document is to help individuals, professors to transmit the knowledge and have an add-on material for their courses, while meanwhile the 'key' purpose is to help newcomers that want to start a business and operate with it in a long-term period.Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=21642 Copies

In the recent years the society is changing. As heavy industry and resource production decrease, the service sector is growing in importance – and so grows the significance of the proposal development. Proposals have become one of the main tools of modern business. This has been reflected in the Book of Tammemagi (2010), stating that without the ability to develop winning proposals, many companies would cease to operate. The main incentives for the study have been the potential implications of the study to streamlining and improving the proposal management process, the combination of various dynamic study disciplines, and the novelty of the subject. In addition, despite the importance of a structured Proposal Management process, the topic has been subject to little examination and attention in research. The primary aim of the research is to develop a framework for improving the Proposal Management Process and act as a comprehensive tool to help solve problems that occur during the proposal stage. This could be achieved by developing a structured proposal management process and providing a mechanism and tools to guide this process. In order to achieve the aim, the research focuses mainly on the following objectives: • Provide a clear understanding on the current Proposal Management Processes; • Determine the key activities performed and the key issues involved; Examine how the Project Management principles are applied in the Proposal Management Process; Identify the Project Management tools that are utilized in the proposal management process; Identify the factors that inhibit winning proposals; • Define the role of Proposal Management Process in ensuring project success; • Define the alignment of corporate organization and its contribution in the proposal management process; • Develop a framework for improving the Proposal Management Process. The uniqueness of this study is the empirical study on the proposal management process that is currently being implemented at the Case study Company - Ecolog International to identify the following points, but not limited to: • Implications or pitfalls in the proposal management process; • Strengths and weaknesses in the proposal management process; The tools, methodologies and principles used in the proposal management process; The development of a framework/ model; Define whether the same framework can be applied to other companies, industries or sectors. The thesis presents a framework for improving the Proposal Management Process. The methodology adopted to conduct the research involved a comprehensive literature review. Critical Proposal Management process functions have been presented and tested through the questionnaire survey and case interviews to determine how the Proposal Management Process was performed within the Case study company. The Framework was validated and found to be useful and applicable by the Proposal Team members of the Case study company through questionnaire interview. The main achievements of the research are : The development of a structured Proposal Management Process Map that could assist the clients better conduct Proposal Management activities; The identification of Project Management tools that can be implemented in the Proposal Management Process to overcome issues and increase the effectiveness; The identification of how the Project Management principles are applied in the Proposal Management Process; The identification of tools to guide and solve problems that occur during the Proposal Management Process; The Identification of factors that inhibit winning proposals and ensuring project success.Link for e-copy: https://repository.seeu.edu.mk/sites/thesis/ThesisSharedDocs/MA_118333.pdf Record link: https://library.seeu.edu.mk/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=18575 Copies
